Organisational Blueprint, Endeavours, and Supply Networks

Aetheria Group emerges as a global facilitator, delivering services such as clinical insourcing, business process outsourcing services, specialist recruitment, and exclusive homecare services. The Group houses sector-specific brands, amalgamating workforce strategies, insourcing, advanced technological and clinical know-how, strategic marketing, finance and accounting, world-class homecare, and analytical insights, all tailored to deliver better outcomes for people.

Anchoring the Group's philosophy is its mission to 'make a positive impact on people's lives while providing high-quality, world-class talent to our clients globally'. This ethos underpins all our initiatives and echoes our unwavering commitment to uphold ethical standards and integrity across all business interactions. We will report annually on our commitment to be a responsible business in our Responsible Business Report.

Describing our operational essence, we are 'people-centric and 'technology-empowered', with predominant investments directed towards nurturing our workforce and refining the technological platforms and tools essential for business efficiency. While we do facilitate specific regulated healthcare services, our operations do not span across domains like fintech, tech-infrastructure, or expansive healthcare infrastructures. Our supply matrix primarily encompasses entities offering IT solutions, office supplies, banking, talent management, and other essentials who may be engaged to support us to deliver to our clients, employees and contractors crucial for our operational robustness.

Due Diligence Protocols

Our cardinal business affiliations involve professionals across sectors like IT, finance, and healthcare. These individuals are either directly employed, introduced to, or integrated into our clients' frameworks. Our refined recruitment, vetting, and induction procedures are fortified with mechanisms aimed at curtailing the risk of inadvertently engaging candidates who may be ensnared in modern slavery or trafficking scenarios.

An in-depth evaluation of our vendors forms the crux of our due diligence. This includes, but is not limited to, scrutinising their policies, compliance standings, market reputation, financial health, and their alignment with our slavery and trafficking aversion ethos.

Risk Evaluation and Governance

Our annual risk assessment methodology underscores a thorough analysis of specific risk zones, internal operations, and extended supplier relationships. This procedure assists in the identification, mitigation, and management of any significant threats within the realm of modern slavery.

Governance is enhanced by the Board's regular review of our business strategies and associated risks. Compliance training is another cornerstone, ensuring our teams are well-versed with the legal mandates and our organisational standards.

Efficacy Metrics

We have established precise metrics to ascertain the efficacy of our practices aimed at eliminating slavery and human trafficking. This encompasses regular audits, compliance checks, and feedback loops from our staff and external stakeholders.

Regulatory Frameworks

Our legal framework is continuously updated to remain congruent with current laws, including those pertaining to modern slavery and human trafficking. We operate with a zero-tolerance stance towards non-compliance in these areas.

Educational Initiatives

We advocate the proliferation of knowledge on modern slavery and human trafficking, as we believe that education is pivotal to prevention. Our training programs are comprehensive and obligatory, covering a wide range of topics from basic awareness to understanding the nuances of identifying and reporting potential signs of such malpractices.

This declaration received the endorsement of Aetheria Group Limited's Board of Directors on 05 November 2023.
